Default Leaky S2 Fuel Tank

So I finally got tired to smelling gas in the car and started investigating. Looks like it may be one of the hoses on the top of the tank. All the connections and hoses along the filler neck are fine. Anyone had problems with plastic tanks splitting? Is there enough clearance to slip new hose through? I'd really like to fix this without dropping the tank. If I do have to drop the tank, that"ll be my next question. Any advice much appreciated!

I have a leak like that, but it only happens when you fill the tank up all the way. I don't fill it all the way anymore

Unfortunately the car stinks all the time, regardless of how full the tank is.

Looks like I'll find out soon. Tranny and tank comes out tomorrow. I'll appreciate the car not smelling like a gas station.
