Try clamping off the hose to your wastegate so that it doesn't get a boost signal at all. This will let you know if your wastegate is strong enough to hold enough exhaust to make boost.

Well, I "was" W/ my k26 I saw full boost @ 2800ish rpms.
<strong>Luke- Your getting full boost at 2800rpm's? I'd kill for that! I don't get full boost untill about 3900rpm's.
