Bought a 1980 928 5 Speed, Black on Black "project" car. Straight body............
Keepin' the fofo fo sho.

hrm.. I hate to say it, but I learned years ago to avoid the ones that look that shabby. The one that I own looked that very same way... thousands of dollars later I have decided to keep it the rest of my life. Maybe then I'll get my money out of it. Time=money, right? Right! Good luck. ahhh my first porsche love was a black '83 928S with a 4spd auto...

let me know if you ever want help working on it, ive done some stuff on said 928

Thanks! Anytime, as the car is in the desert not far from where you are schoolin'. I hope to organize some kind of wrenching event.

I have a weird affection for 80's vintage watercooled cars. My Forty-four runs perfectly - been there, done that. I must have car project and this one appeals to me.
I have tons of paperwork on the car and the body is dent free, completely straight.

Finally, I am insane.

lol...that would not only explain the second picture, but the first as well.

I just found this cool vin decoder on the 928 board and found out................ I have a Euro 4.7 motor.
