Malco Ultra cote or shine it. I don't any of have a malco distributor though. They mostly cater to garages and carlots.

I usually don't apply any dressing on my tires anymore: most make the tire slippery, due to SOME overspray onto the tread.

That said, I have found that applying a couple of light coats, and not rubbing it too much keeps the coating on the tire a bit longer. Rubbing hard will just cause the substance to rub onto the cloth.

I like the black magic stuff, and I've used the Eagle 1 tire shine foam too.
