I've been keeping this a big secret, as I have been torn between an 03' Cobra and a 99' 996. After seeing what Chip did to the 02' Cobra I'm gonna have to pass...LOL.

Really that doesn't have anything to do with it, but that was just amazing!

I'm just such a Porsche nut that I think I need another!

Hopefully everything checks out OK and I can get the deal the way I want it. I would love to add it to my stable.

The dealer and I are still $4500 apart on price. I guess I'm just a tighta$$, but I want a sweet deal (not to mention I really can't afford anymore).

Just thought I'd update for anyone who cares!

Especially if it's been for sale for a year. Most of the time the people who have the $$ to buy these cars are going for newer models, sot he dealers can't move ones a few years old very easily. This was the case when my dad bought his 993TT a couple years ago. It had been on the lot for about a year also. He kept saying no and they kept calling him back and sweetening the deal..got outta there almost $15k less than they originally wanted and with a 1 year warranty to boot.
