Heating Bolts?

Heating Bolts?
So, I've got my stock WG out and can't get two of the 4 bolts off the short pipe that connects to the side of the WG. Two of them came off with Kroll and brute force, but the other two are impossible. My shop had the WG out about a month ago and the bolts look new, so they shouldn't be rusted in there - just a tight fit.
Is there a propane or other heating device that I could pick up locally (ie Home Depot) that will get these things hot enough (and will possibly end up using it to heat crush rings that need to be pulled out) ?
TIA.

I have a oxy/mapp gas torch setup that I bought just for bolts. I've had better luck with it than I have with straight mapp gas and it does the job considerably faster. Easier to get in tight spaces too.
