Default motor mount bolt won't budge

I'm in the middle of changing my motor mounts, but I'm stuck at the right rear 13mm bolt. The mounts that are in there are the ones without a nut, so I have to turn the bolt itself, but I can't figure out a way to get enough torque on it. I can't get to it from the top as I did with the other bolt on the right side. I'm using a 13mm wrench. A 13mm ratchet won't fit. I can't budge it with my bare hands, and I can't figure out a way to get any sort of lever against it. Right now it's soaking in PB until I try again tomorrow. Any ideas? Thanks!

Can you get a crow's foot on it? That might give you a little bit more torque.

I remember using a stubby 13mm and then interlocking another combination wrench with it to loosen it. It was a very tight space in there!

really big extension + impact wrench.

if you can somehow get a rubber mallet in there you can tap on the end of the wrench for more force.

Can't get to the right rear bolt from above. I got the other right side bolt with a long extension and a u-joint socket. As for from the bottom, there's no room to swing anything, but there's nothing to pry against. I'm hoping the PB blaster works overnight. I also might buy a swivel head wrench. Or I may end up drilling it.
