BOV Springs? Whaddya Get With A Heavier One?
A while back I bought the aluminum BOV from Lindsey and it came with a heavier spring. I never thought anything of it and shoved the spring into my 'stuff' drawer in my toolbox.
But I got to thinking...what exactly does a heavier spring do for you? I just put a MAF in (hopefully I get it to work tomorrow...) and I know they tend to work the BOV a little harder than stock. Is it worth putting the bigger spring in? What exactly do I gain/lose by doing so?

holds the BOV closed a little longer so the transition between no boost and boost goes just *that* much quicker... and snaps it shut quicker after opening. I have one in my BOV, and it holds shut to 14" vac. not really noticeable, but hey, I had a gift certificate to use...

I get 'sorry no results'. what did you use for search criteria? I've searched for BOV & BOV springs and got a bunch of junk...
