Rennbay Fuel line issue
Unfortunately Rennbay is closed for the weekend and I started to replace my fuel lines using the Rennbay kit. I already cut off the stock lines and was in the process of installing them when I noticed that the line going to the FPR included with the kit is way small in diameter. The OD is almost the diameter of the nipple on the FPR and there is no way in hell its going on.
Did anyone else have the issue? I think the only solution to get me back on the road is to buy replacement fuel line from autozone etc and just use that??

Anyone else have the nipple on their 3 bar FPR be slighty bigger in diameter than the stock one? I am able to slide the line over on my stock FPR but not my 3 bar (required for my vitesse setup)
The stock fuel line is slightly bigger diameter than the rennbay one and that one fits without any issue on my 3 bar. Oh well, not a big deal to get a new fuel line from NAPA

Mike, i do believe the 3bar FPR is slightly larger. It could be because of the black powdercoat maybe? I know for sure i had alot more trouble fitting the line on my 951 than i did on my n/a.

I am here!!!
The aftermarket 3 bar FPR does have a slightly larger connection but most people are able to make the line fit with the methods described above. We use a push lock hose so it is supposed to fit tight. You may have to slide the hose clamp onto the FPR then push the hose over the fitting and inside of it. That may be your problem, that the hose clamp in not letting the hose expand properly as it pushes over the hose barb.
