I came home from europe last night, been gone since 5/8.

My S2 was towed b/c the alarm was going off for more than 4 mins at a time.

Then i went to my garage this morning to fix the swaybar that was popped out of the end bushings by the tow truck driver probably and my garage was broken into. It's shared by myself and another lister. There are NO SIGNS of forced entry WTF?? im baffled.....

All my tools, and jacks are gone. They also took my 18" BBS LM replicas, a turbo 2 pc crossover and turbo cyilnder head. Thankfully some other important stuff is safe for now.

Can you guys look out for these wheels if they pop up online anywhere?

They are 18" BBS LM replicas made by highline, powdercoated black, and once owned by the very famous DDP. One of the wheels had a small nick on them that i can identify instantly.



I will have some pics of the wheels shortly but rennlist severs are taking a dump right now

I'd bet money it was someone affiliated with the tow company. They would know where your car is kept because they have registration info. And they might even be another 944 driver since they took the valuable head and exhaust stuff.

no the garage was not in lincoln park and the S2 was not towed from inside it. its a seperate garage i rent. they are unrelated.

i also doubt it was someone who was 944 saavy cuz they left some other items untouched that are far more valuable then the wheels and head.

If you go to jaxed.com then the mash (http://www.jaxed.com/cgi-bin/sd.cgi?cat=pts) it will do a search in all craigslist cities and ebay. I usually use this to weed out fraudulent craiglisters, cause they post in multiple cities. Hope you find the wheels....

hey! i grew up in hyde park! hyde park is nice now. just not after u cross the border out of hyde park hehe.
