Should be able to find pictures of both cars in that photobucket.
The 83 is red/brown with 66k miles
the 87 is black on black
First the 83:.
Here are all the issues: For a daily driver it is perfect after a few issues are worked out.
1.) Someone tried to rewire the lights in the RPM tach.. tach does not work...The gauge might be dead cause all the wires are there and in tact but nothing happens. Speedo still works so its still easy to drive the car shifting by the sound of the engine.
2.) Tires are getting pretty bald... needs new tires
3.) Body panel repaired- rear 1/4 drivers side.
4.) No Radio or Clock
5.) Ding by the hatch lock.
6.) top half of back seat + seat belts are missing (No one sits back there any way unless you have small kids?)
7.) Leaks water when it rains real hard...on drivers side footwell... If I went out there with a spotlight at night and put it by my feet and opened the hood Im sure its an easy find to seal up.... see where the light comes through.
8.) Has an intermitent start problem. 9/10 times it fires up and runs strong. Every once in a while it wont start.
The Good:
New timing belt, balance belt
New front brakes and pads
New battery
Short Shift
Pushed in front bumper
Manuel steering rack + Sunroof
Come get it for $1800... Firm
The 87 is what I use for a daily driver. 140k miles...belts done 10k ago. New tires.
AC blows cold
$2500
Im looking for a Jeep wrangler. If you have one you want to get rid of we can work something out.

I just went through the photobucket looking for the black car... white 944, red 944, 914, aircooled bus, jailbait and some phone dials. No black car though.

My older brother has an older wrangler, manual Red, not sure of year. He wants to get rid of it because it's so useless to him. He's a soon to be (in a week) Air Force Academy grad, headed to flight school. Should I tell him about this, and have him take a look? Probably. I'll get on it.

About that footwell leak...I'll bet you money that it's the plastic piece under the hood that covers the climate control intake, wiper motor, etc. Mine did the same thing after I replaced the wiper motor, apparantly I didn't seal the cover piece back well enough. If you put a bead of silicon on the whole thing where it contacts right below the windshield, it should fix your leak. Worked for me.
