Koni struts for 87 turbo
I have been reading posts on this forum for months and have learned alot. This is my first post, hoping someone can help me out. I am interested in purchasing a set of Koni struts, if anyone has an extra set available, please let me know.

Actually, Player, there was a great article in Excellence magazine a month or two ago on converting your existing struts to accept Koni inserts. Its not difficult for the home mechanic to do, and once you get a look at those pics to see how nice and 'factory' the job can look you'll be ready to do it. Also, if you cant get that magazine right away Paragon Products -Tech session has instructions and photos on how to do the job. This is who youll probably get the inserts from anyhow -theyre about $160/ea for the fronts. Of course, you might also think about a set of springs. As a reference, I believe the stock turbo springs were 160#. People routinely go with 250# withought complaining of ride quality -even more, i've heard. But i suppose it then depends on how you like to drive .
Hope that helps.
