I point out California's woes because the state has been in the clutches of the liberal socialist democrats for years. Homelessness's causes are mostly due to mental illness and have little to do with economic lows. As the liberal courts allow these mentally unstable individuals to roam our streets, eliminating the "root cause" would be to remove the liberal judges. SF's liberal city council has fed the "pigeons" (homeless): If you don't like pigeon crap on your streets don't feed the pigeons!

Even the Peoples Republic of Santa Monica has put the kibosh on the homeless. Think they bought them bus tickets to SF!

The ROW better take in their belts a few notches and save their potatoes because it's going to get a lot worse before it gets better.
