This car is in VERY ORIGINAL untouched condition! Nice.
When these cars were new, they came with these long white tags on the the rear bumper, passenger side, that said in German "FRG Law Strictly Prohibits Removal Except By Registered Owner".
The first owner obviously chose not to remove this artifact back in 1983.

laser jammer on other side
Did anyone notice the black, wired box sitting on the left side of the bumper? Looks like a laser jammer or sensor to me?
The "pole" looks like a CB or HAM antenna to me.
