Default Anyone Have Pics of Their Tial Install?

I'm trying to figure out how the plates attach to the wastegate for one. But also confused in that there's a metal o-ring type piece that fits into the WG bottom hole that doesn't flush and the hole on the bracket isn't that wide so the WG sits 1/8" or so off the bracket. That can't be right...

And the metal oring thing you were mentioning, I assume you mean the valve seal. Its not supposed to sit 100% flush with the bottom of the valve body.

Thanks man - this is what I'm talking about on mine. On the bottom that o-ring thing doesn't go all the way into the WG and then the bracket hole is a little smaller so it sits 'up' like this. That can't be right...not sure what's wrong here...

The valve seat or ring on that is causing the gap is installed upside down. The ring has a side with a chamfered edge that seals up against the valve. The other side of the ring is completely flat which seals up against the adapter plate. Flip the ring over and you're done.

Thanks guys....

3 quick questions:

Is it OK to re-use those crush washers if you put it in, take it out, then put it back in again?

Any idea where I can find (locally...part store, etc...) the safety wire? I've read other folks using blue loctite...probably best to use both I guess - but is that loctite recommended?
