Talking Can somebody do me a huge photoshop favor?

Can somebody play around with this picture? I hate the bright orange side markers on the front (though they will get shaved off when I repaint), and the markers on the rear. I could get the rears shaved, but no paint needs to be done in the rear so I wouldn't want to bother with it. I like the idea of the whole stealth look, like black rims, dark tint, smoked every thing, etc. But I'm not 100 percent sure of it yet. I also don't like the fact of too much black, seems to teenager-ish to me. Ha. I like the color of my rims, is their any way to make the lenses a more up to date color, like red? Basically what I'm asking is to photoshop my car with black rims, lenses, windows, etc (stealth look). Then with the windows tinted, and the lights turned more of a modern red color. Thanks is advance!

Oh I just realized my membership was up! I'll get on that.

Dude, don't go stealth... the car looks great just the way it is. If you're itchin to do something throw some 7X16 D90s or 7X16 Phonies on her.

Thanks, ha. I will eventually get some turbo phonies to put on it when I get some money. Yea I'm not sure about the stealth. I think if I shaved all four of those reflectors off, and gave my tail lights and turn signals a dark red color, it would look good. Does that seem right? Lol.

Marcquito - I remember seeing a 924S with a 951 rear valance, and it looked out of place. Lol.

Maybe you could find some junkyard reflectors apply some of that tint spray they sell at autoparts stores and see if just does the trick, another choice would be is to buy a roll of the cheap DIY window tint or hit up your local window tint shop and carefully apply some over your lenses, stand back a few feet and see if that tickles your fancy. I like the look of the reflectors but everbody has different taste.

One of the things I contemplated on my 924 was removing the round bicycle-style side markers and replacing them with a rectangular light.

Wow that is a good idea. But why go through all the trouble of getting rectangular ones (which would mean modification to the panel), when I could just delete them? If the rectangular ones weren't a lot of work, I'd do it.

IIRC, the only reason the US-spec 924 has the sidemarkers to begin with was to meet federal specs. The ROW didn't have the bicycle-style round sidemarkers. This is going back a few decades so my memory is a bit foggy...

Dunno how aggressive CHiPs is at enforcing equipment stuff.
