Default S2 Throttle Body Coolant Elbow

My 1989 944 S2 lost coolant yesterday. I found the leak to be from a plastic elbow that goes into the throttle body. The elbow had come out of a hole in the throttle body. So I need to know:
(1) is the elbow glued into place or is it just a force fit and
(2) If it is glued then what is the Porsche recommended adhesive.

It is friction fit. You can try to use jbweld to epoxy it back in place.

The easier thing to do is to use a piece of tubing to bypass the throttle body entirely. Not necessary except for long full throttle runs (like on the autobahn) primarily to heat the TB to prevent icing.
