How long before I have to worry about dry rot?
My current skins have been on for at least 5 years (about 28 K miles)- plenty of tread left- I'm going with a lower profile XGT V4 when I replace my Eagle LS M+S 195/60/15's. I also plan on the wheel paint and centercaps at that time- I'm expecting late summer. When I was in FL I worked at a tire shop and fell in love with the quality of the Mich's- They seemed to last forever- I put XGT's on my Mitsu AND my Caravan- after 40 K miles of daily use the would go anither 30 K miles or so.. Great in wet/ snowwe also mountd a lot of Toyo's on european cars.. MB's and BMW's mostly. I always thought they wore to fast- my .02

I replaced mine with the Dunlop Sport A2, or something like that. Stock size front and rear. Ordered from <a href="http://www.tirerack.com/tires/tires.jsp?tireMake=Dunlop&tireModel=SP+Sport+A2&vehicleSearch=true&partn um=16HR5A2" target="_blank">Tire Rack, Dunlop A2</a>
I love mine and they were cheap too.
