Default is this guy here? check out tow rig

While researching options to tow my 944 I came across this at wrxtuners.com

Looks bad ***. Don't know if I would go over a CO mountain pass with this setup.

I've done something VERY similar with my WRX. Oddly enough also a silver wagon with a roof rail delete.

That is Cullen Winter. He is a 944 spec racer out of Taos, New Mexico.

However what is more odd is the picture of 944 being flat towed by another 944.

Not sure would do that.

Yup, that's Cullen. The 944 towed with another 944 is also a Rocky Mountain racer, Phil O'Brien. I took this picture somewhere along I-70 in Kansas or Missouri...

He towed all the way from Colorado to St Louis (Gateway) and back with that. Seemed to do pretty well.

And if I could find a practical way to get a 911 to tow 2500 lbs, I might just have to sell my truck and buy a 911.

Yep those are the 944-spec tow rigs of the RMR . Norm from AZ showed up at Miller last year and won the race on Sunday and he drove his race car ! No tow rig . just a tire trailer.
low cost equal racing.
