My car is doing some weird stuff.

My oil pressure is 4-5 cold, 2 - 2.5 at warm idle but it drops when I accelerate and the turbos start to boost. Oil pressure gauge drops nearly a whole bar. When the engine is fully warmed up, it does not do this.

Also, the oil pressure takes a lot longer to drop from the 4 bar area at idle to the 2 – 2.5 bar area than it once did.

Furthermore, the car emits a white-grey colored smoke while on hard-boost. Intermittently, the engine at 4500 seems to hesitate producing a flat spot in the power. It did not do this as of a few weeks ago.

I had an engine rebuild at the 165,000 mile mark. I now have 255,000 miles on it.

What is the group's take on these symptoms?
