Default 944 S2 Track Build: the Pshop sneak peek.

This is what I am going to do for wheel color (likely painting them this weekend), stripes, etc. I like the idea of a monochromatic look. White with gray/silver and gunmetal. Clean, aggressive and simple. The only anticipated difference will be the wheels. I have a set of boxster twists that I will be painting for track. Not the cups.

Thought you guys might like to see...

Nice. I like the photoshopped CPR splitter, too.

Very nice. I would think some numbers in the same color as the stripes and wheels would look like, in the middle of the doors.

Chad-
Are you going to install any hood pins?
I've been debating it but can't seem to find an install that would work well.

You going to do that in vinyl or paint (stripes)? Williams does a great Pc on wheels. That's the color I had them use on your D90's.

hey Chris,

Likely vinyl. It's easy and I can prepare the graphic files myself. I might get the wheels powder coated. debating...

PC, definitely suggest you do it. I will bring one by to show you if you want. I'm working the Peachtree CR at RA, if it's nice I am going to exercise the black car. Will stick one in the boot for you to look at if you are coming up tomorrow. By the way, Billy has a zillion colors....

Chad, nice shop, I really like the gunmetal paint scheme! How's the progress on the rest of the build going? Still hope to see you out in group 4 (after my check ride out of 3) at Road Atlanta at the end of April with your new toy!
