When using vacuum it is normal to always see airr bubbles because air gets sucked in the bleeder screw threads (when the bleeder is open) and goes right back out through the tube. As long as you keep the vacuum level up (hand cramps I know) and keep the master topped off, it will eventually work. But if you can borrow or rent a power bleeder it will be easier...

Problem solved........when they say POWER bleeder, I'm a f'ing believer now! So i took a lil trip down to home depot to make myslef a powerbleeder:
1 SPRAYER 3/8 hose- 8.97
1barb fitting- 2.23
3/8 to 1/2 MIP pipe busing- 2.72
1-1/2 quick cap- 2.90
1 washer- .32 which i forgot to ring up at the self checkout.
Grand total minus washer plus 32 oz powerade 19.26.

I couldn't find a reservoir cap locally so I opted for the quick cap. simply put, a rubber cap shaped thing with a hose clamp used to seal off the end of a pvc pipe. Drilled a hole through quick cap, attached the barb/washer to the 3/8 hose that came with the sprayer, attached the bushing to the other side. Because the quick cap is rubber it seals itself if you put enough torque on it. I have pics but don't know how to use the uploader. But i hooked everything up, pumped it up, no leaks, get under the car, crack the bleeder, i have fluid coming out at a slow rate, just dripping. WTF some power bleeder i'm thinking. MORE PRESSURE, pump it up, then i say damn that seems like a lot of resitance on this pumper. Get under the car again, crack the valve, still seeping, etf? So i opened another 1/2 turn and the vinyl hose attached to the bleeder took off like a firehouse with no one holding and sprayed brake fluid al over, including my eyes! 20 minutes of flushing my eye later i'm here posting and hope that i pass my eye exam when i go to FL for my flight physical forf the Marines next month!

Yeah, without a powerbleeder youre going to be pumping for quite some time.

Go ahead, ask me how I know.

Maybe there was some debris in the line and it finally let go... I hope your eyes are O.K. I don't think brake fluid is as bad as gasoline carb cleaner (that stuff really stings!)
