Hey Guys....i Pulled up parking brake (it went past 3 clicks) and now I can't move the wheels. Trying to get to Parking brake adjuster but my rear wheels have spacers on. How do I remove the spacers without damaging them ? they look like they are apart of the rotors

Presuming you released the E brake handle and the cable won't come back. At the back of the wheel there is a little window that you can get a tool into. Lift up on the bar and it will release the cable.
