Best way to replace seals ??
The outer window seals are starting to age. Whats the best way to get these seals replaced ? Im sure they wont slide on easy. Can they be pre-lubed with something ?

I use a very light coating of dishwashing liquid on any weather seals that have to fit into metal channels, works well. Heating the seals beforehand also makes them easier to form around bends.
