Does anyone know the secret to getting the allen head bolts off without stripping the heads?
According to the manual there is loctite 262 permanent threadlock. I tried heating up the area with a propane torch and it didn't seem to help.
Thanks
Mike

Real high torque on those little suckers, and they are shallow head - so as you have found, they are real easy to turn the bit in the head of the bolt.
I dont recall any loctite on the threads.
Need to have a very good allen head bit (snap-on, craftsman - no chinese stuff). Ensure the bit is inserted square/true and put as much downward pressure on it as possible.
Dont count on being able to reuse many of the originals, they will get chewed up removing them. Problem is that you will likely need a few spare new ones, as you can strip them out when reinstalling/torquing. Unfortunatly, they are relatively expensive little bolts...

I haven't had much luck with Propane on 262 with larger parts. Try getting a bottle of MAPP gas (the yellow bottle). It's much hotter.
