Yea it did look goofy without the valence. But it's getting painted so it should be back on soon! (I hope)

How come people do away with the belly pan?

saves time during oil change, working on anything that may be above it, if somethings leaking it may not make it to the ground so it would be harder to notice.

i polished mine and kept it, but it got pretty messed up during some off-roading

Hmm... I could see how it saves time. But I like how it looks when the car is up on a lift. ha.

Off-roading? Meaning you ran off of the track? lol

No belly pan is probably from someone taking the car to Jiffy Lube or that ilk. The 'mechanic' is too lazy or rushed to bother putting it back on... I would never take my car to one of those places...

I took my belly pan off because it was hanging down (from a cracked bolt hole in the plastic) and it looked trashy. I hope to find a new one to replace it with though. But yeah, no harm done without it

i don't have all of it, just some plastic left around the rear bolts that would hold it in. my car was bought and serviced at a local porsche dealer, then i got it, and have it serviced by me or my mechanic, who is a porsche guy, so it's laying around somewhere at his place
