Josh, do you live on craigslist like me?? I'm looking for my 968 now.... It was 1800 bucks, emailed within 20 minutes. It bounced back, then emailed again nothing. Someone flagged it and it was gone.

Would you believe it?

This has resurfaced as a 11k car on Pelican. It had LSD as well.

Makes me sick!!

Speaking of shooting, am I the only that has been out shopping for weapons? Bruce
Nope, me too, and my buddy at work just ordered everything to convert a 22 to a long, or something to that effect, looking at 2500 fps muzzle velocity... and that was after he bought a .38 at a show recently... He is building his own arsenal, waiting...

I bought a burnt 951 with a good tranny and motor for $150 a long time ago. The best deal was a 1988 951 in mint overall condition with sports seats for $3350 needing a waterpump though the 1989 951 with $10k of mods (needed front valence and bumper cover) for $2500 was pretty close behind.

You are not the only one acquiring weapons. I am trading a 1990 GSXR 750 for a couple toys. California still has the 10 round limit and you cannot have a detachable magazine unless it has a lower needing a tool to remove the clip for the ar15. I would imagine its pretty hard to "convert" a .22lr to .22 centerfire as the firing mechanism will be completely different.

That hurts.... I would feel a little guilty making that much money if I was flipping it. I would keep it a year then sell it. But thats just me.

Good point. Three years ago, I had an opportunity to buy a 951 for $2500 -- and took the car out for a spirited fun test-drive with the owner and told him he should reconsider. I think he still owns the car to this day.

BTW, I don't think the flipper will get $11k -- I would guess $5k.

The interior and engine bay actually look pretty nasty. I bet it drives like crap too if it's on original bushings, shocks, etc.

If only it were a sunroof delete...

If anyone buys this, please change the timing belt. At 75000 miles that is circa 1993-1998 when the belt was changed. Other than that, it is an original owner car with 78974 miles in 2000. Hasn't been driven in years it seems or the odometer gear is stripped. I wish I could have gotten a hold of the original owner. Would have been a fun car.

if the seller really put 2700 into it, and paid 3000 for it, and he sells it for 7500. you do the math. good deal for him and the buyer.
