we want to arrive when there is still some light. If its anything like the last one.. Pictures will be taken... then more pictures... and then a few snap shots.

At the hooters we stayed from about an hour before sun down untill the hooters was about to kick us out... then we hung around in the parking lot a little longer.

Remember the mustang that left its lights on and had to get a jump start.... even though it had nothing to do with the car actualy "breaking down" I think it made all of us feel a little better obout our cars reputations.

lol, yes i remember this, i also beleive we tried to warn the owner of the car, and by the time she'd realized it was hers, it was too late. oh well! jason and i dont know when our classes end, so we wanted to be sure we'd have time to make it. he's headed to orlando now to pick up our kart clubs kart to bring it back here, i'll talk with him when he gets back and we'll let y'all know. i think more light would be better as well
i'll check my schedule!

Remember guys it gets completely dark at 6 now so we'd have to be meeting by like 5 then if we want any decent light.

There is a little Ft.Lauderdale get together tonight and I am going to see if some of them want to head up to Orlando with me next week.

Any time is good for me because I am going to leave Saturday morning and either stay with a friend or grab a cheep hotel for the night. I think 5 might be ok so we still have a little light out.

ok so we're going Saturday? That might be a better choice because some people work until after dark anyway on Friday and some have classes late.

So it's Saturday the 18th at old Germany right? I say we do it about 5 or so so there's a little light out also. Everybody confirm so we can get a relative diea of how many to expect.

Um, the 18th is the day of the swap meet/dyno day at Suncoast Porsche in Sarasota. I thought we were doing it on the 17th? I've planned to go to Sarasota on the 18th.

oops, that was my fault. I thought it was saturday for some reason but I guess your right. The 17th is a friday. 17th or the 18th is good for me. No one at the ft.lauderdale meet wanted to make the drive so I guess I am going to run it alone again. Keep me up to date on the day (friday or saturday).

Alright well I had originally figured it to be Friday and so did everyone else I think. Does anybody have a problem with doing it Friday around 5?

I thought it was on Jan 11th originally too. But it was either changed, or I got it wrong. It is now on the 18th.

Alright well Mike and Jason were over here today and I think we're gonna do it Friday the 17th, at 5 pm so there's still some light out for pictures and that. Anybody who can't make it that early can come whenever they can we'll be there for a while probably.

If anyone can't make it that day then just make sure you show up for the next one! It's not like this is the only one we'll be doing but we'd like to have a decent turnout this time since the last couple just never actually happened.

Ok, I am going to up the ante a little bit in order to get more people excited about this event. What if I told you that I was bringing a championship winning crew chief from the IMSA Firehawk 944 series with me? This guy has more stories to tell then you could even imagine. That has got to make it worth the trip for at least a few more of you. Come on - let's make this a meeting a great one! <img border="0" alt="[thumbsup]" title="" src="graemlins/bigok.gif" />
