I really want <a href="http://www.geocities.com/MotorCity/4475/Porsche/944trunk.jpg" target="_blank">this roll bar</a>. Is this the Autopower "street" roll bar? I know it is made by Autopower, but it doesn't look like the generic pictures on <a href="http://www.ioportracing.com/rollbar.htm" target="_blank">their site</a>.
thanks!

You mean a drag race bar? This isn't a cage, and it doesn't have the characteristic diagonal cross brace of their race roll bars. That only leaves the street bar (by my thinking).

the street bars they make don't have that middle bar, they are just hoops, or maybe they changed the way they do things. Who knows.
The back post look just like the autopower bar that I had / have, but mine had the diagonal brace to it.

Tabor, you better check with your insurance company before you go installing any kind of roll bar. You may void your insurance.
Yes. I'm not kidding. They find out about performance mods of that type, and they yank your policy. At least mine would: I asked.

I really did like the bar, the fit and finish of the bar was good and it had a perfect fit. Install was simple, a few wrenches, a drill and a razor blade and some time are all you need.

It looks like the Autopower version with the removable crossbrace, with the brace removed. That is the version I have, the that's how it would look without the brace. The harness bar is removable too.

Thaddeus no talkee about the LBE or the shock tower brace. Thaddeus paint the LBE black. Thaddeus wants to put a 'Porsche' decal on the tower brace so it look stock. Any idea where to get one?
