I think I'm done with engine 'upgrades' after this. I want to keep the car pretty stock. I'm quite happy with the power now and the engine runs great so I don't want to mess with a good thing...

I'm looking forward to getting started on it. My only question mark right now is the vacuum hose on the firewall side of the FPR. The Bosch in the kit's male end is about half the size of the existing tube that's connected. I'm not sure what I'm going to do about that...I think I'm just going to have to remove it and see what's going on and determine what size tube I need.
If thats the case you should remove the intake manifold and change all the vacuums and hoses. That will solve many "strange" problems you are likely to encounter.

Any suggestions on how to mount that boost line to the rail??
I used a couple zip ties around the fuel rail, IIRC.

+1 on the vacumm kit upgrade, it makes everything easier. Also if you have time I recomend running a new line to the KLR, it just helps clean things up a bit.

Good luck!

Any special type of zip ties?? I'm assuming the ones I can pick up at Home Depot aren't going to cut it?
