Default WTB: Used Hatch Shocks / Early OEM Cookie Cutters

I need some rear hatch shocks (pair) and some early ATS / Porsche OEM cookie cutters. Cookies used of course and even the hatch shocks (not blown!) as these are going on a dedicated track car. Thx.

Why buy used hatch shocks when you can pick up new off ebay. If you buy used, they will probably need replacing it the later years. When you go through the tech line in DE's they usually check the back and having blow shocks would be a PITA.

I really don't care if they work perfectly and have a shorter shelf life than new. On a daily driver I can understand but on a Spec car that I hardly ever open the rear hatch - not as big of a concern. Right now I have none so even a blown set would help me as I could always latch a vise grip to the strut body to keep it open.

I'm checking on a set of local (to me) cookies and going to see what I can get for them. I'll PM the others if this falls through. Thx.

After installing new eBay hatch shocks and having my glass separate I agree with buying used ones and having the softening effect as long as they hold it open. I think many of the replacement shocks are just too strong.

So what did you do after that happened? Coincidentally, my newly ordered eBay hatch shocks just came in.

EDIT: Just did mine. The hatch shocks are a whole lot easier to install than the hoods I got. Going to be careful with releasing the glass since the shocks are high pressured. I'm happy to find that the hatch will actually pop up now when I press the release button.
