Anyone have a OPRV sleeve or "bushing"
Mine looks scored and is loose and I want to install a new one when I remove my oil cooler. This is the cylinder in which the oil pressure relief valve slides into in the oil cooler housing.
anyone have one in good condition they can sell me or know of where I can purchase one? I checked 944online which usually has every part listed and they don't have this listed so I don't think you can buy one.
is it a part of the oil cooler housing maybe?

thanks I will let you know if I need one. My porsche dealer said he can get me a new one within one week for 15 bucks so I ordered one today but i'm not 100% sure if it is the correct part.... he said it's a metal sleeve....
thanks again.

This thread is old... My sleeve had already broken loose from the block, that's why I replaced it. It is held in the block with loctite 648. not sure to loosen loctite 648. otherwise the sleeve pulls straight out. maybe try grabbing it with pliers. you might have to heat it up but i'm not sure.

removing oprv sleeve
I tried pliers and vice grip and couldnt get it to budge. I decided to jb weld a socket into the sleeve adn then use a wrench to break it loose from the locktite in which i was successful! now the sleeve spins 360 degrees but it wont let me pull it out. any thoughts? thank you for your response!
