you should try to complete a safety type driving class prior to court. That will impress upon the JUDGE that you have taken corrective action to cure your heavy foot.

I know a lawyer he is one of the top guys in NOVA. Lawyers are expensive so beware. If he offers you a flat fee I would take it other wise its like 300 an hour. His name is Dick Young his number 703-591-0200.
