Idle Stabilizer Valve. It's under the intake - the thing with the big vac hoses. It should be attached on a bracket with 2 rubber vibration dampers, but they often crack and the ISV is just floating around on the hoses and wires.

This is why Pelican gets so much of my business - saved and tagged carts.

All that little crap ends up on there and I eventually get around to it.

My carts are usually tagged with things like "NextTimeUnderIntake" and "TransOut".

I just got to buy my "AfterPaint" one...whoohoo!
