I have a few on my website...Let me see if I can find them...hold on...

Here's the infamous 944 turbo S eats stuff for lunch video:
<a href="http://ribs.americainteractive.com/videos/carvideos/944_commercial.mpeg" target="_blank">http://ribs.americainteractive.com/videos/carvideos/944_commercial.mpeg</a>

Here's a 944 turbo drag racing a 3000GTVR4 on some street (it caused quite the controversy a year and a half or so ago):
<a href="http://ribs.americainteractive.com/videos/carvideos/944vsVR4.mpg" target="_blank">http://ribs.americainteractive.com/videos/carvideos/944vsVR4.mpg</a>

Here is FTY from pelican doing a highspeed pass down a city street:
<a href="http://ribs.americainteractive.com/videos/carvideos/FTY944pass1.mpeg" target="_blank">http://ribs.americainteractive.com/videos/carvideos/FTY944pass1.mpeg</a>

I think this is a 951 that catches fire and spins off the track:
<a href="http://ribs.americainteractive.com/videos/carvideos/laguna.mpeg" target="_blank">http://ribs.americainteractive.com/videos/carvideos/laguna.mpeg</a>

This is a 328is trying to keep up with a 951 on some curvy roads:
<a href="http://ribs.americainteractive.com/videos/carvideos/matt951SEvschris328is[1].mpeg" target="_blank">http://ribs.americainteractive.com/videos/carvideos/matt951SEvschris328is[1].mpeg</a>

Here are two 951's on a track...one crashes I think:
<a href="http://ribs.americainteractive.com/videos/carvideos/two951.avi" target="_blank">http://ribs.americainteractive.com/videos/carvideos/two951.avi</a>

Thats all I have on my website...I have a few more on my PC. Danno has a couple of cool track videos on his page somewhere.

I've seen a 944 maintenance video (demonstrating timing belt changes, tune-up procedures, etc.) for sale in a few places. Does anyone actually have one of these (and if so, is it worth getting)?

Where are those videos for sale? Would love to get a hold of the one for timing belt changes.

Performance Products has a 60-minute video for $40. It "provides detailed coverage on all belt adjustments including timing and balance shaft. Also shows you how to replace spark plugs, air, oil and fuel filters, do a compression test, check fluid levels including transmission, battery, brake fluid, power steering and coolant."

Some people got their panties in a bunch because they were racing on the street. It didn't look like they were being particularly dangerous...it seemed like a fairly desolate industrial area. There was traffic but it was coming the other way...they weren't racing through traffic. I don't really remember why people got all hussied up about it except maybe for the fact that it was on the street (which I have no problem with so long as you don't endanger others, like racing through traffic). I'm too lazy to look it up in the archives (it was posted before we had this nice UBB set up), but its in there somewhere.

Hours and hours of in-car from Road America and Blackhawk Farms... All way to big to post, sorry.

Hey, a track rat's gotta have something to get through the long Chicago off-season.

Keep the shiny side up,
