That's one way to tell if an F body GM or Fox body Ford has been raced. Look for the crack at the B-pillar post where it meets the floor pan. The unibody just wasn't made strong enough.

I'm sure that guy had to bolt in the t-tops or else they'd pop off like champagne bottle cork!

I can't believe he hasn't sucked a pebble into the turbo intakes. Does he remove the air filter for dyno runs or something?

GN's are just awesome. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Eek!]" src="eek.gif" />

That's a car I totally respect. I wanted to really buy one, but god damn its impossible to find a person who doesn't know what it's capable. I'm trying to get a steal of a deal .

God damn that thing can romp on people. Scary to have 1000+ to the wheels <img border="0" alt="[crying]" title="" src="graemlins/crying.gif" /> .

Well James you are right .They do pop the tops and crack the roof and twist the frames and break the spot welds. They are true muscle cars .Keep in mind that 1/4 miler and a road racing vehicles are diff.I can mash mine at 85 and that level ten trans kicks in and it feels like someone just hit you in the back and the smoke smells like hell. Now I am a 944 person and enjoy their style and like the gn ,I consider them to be a classic. Each has its place.

These Buicks are really fast. Quite near of my place is one of them. It's an original owner car, driven only summers. It's still like new, less than 50K km's on it!
I suppose there were less than 10 imported to Finland. A friend of mine use to drag race in the early '80's with one of these.

my budy has one of these, we cant really get it going because he cant stop it from knocking. The boost is set too high, he has some wierd no name chips in it. We are waiting for him to get some stock chips so he can finally step on it without it knocking

I actually like the way it idles, love the sound of a high duration cam. Sounds a little weird on a 6 cylinder but still badass.

I like the way it sounds .. kind of .. popcorn-esque. That thing looks like it'll run over your children in a quiet neighborhood and just keep on moving.

hmmm... looks like a waste to me. why have a car that can't do it all. sure it'll go like a grape ape, but to what end? to smoke the tires or to go 1/4 mile at a time, while being ridiculously hard on the drivetrain? i respect muscle cars, but this looks like its trying to cross muscle with technology, and stuck in just about the ugliest car body i've ever seen, short of a lamborghini.

i mean, hasn't this guy heard of FOD???

gimme a break, thats just plain retarded, amaf rides again!
