Draining Gas? Can I just siphon it out with a water hose? I have a 924S with 15+ year old gas in it. I'm parking it in a Climate Controlled Storage facility. I'm going to work on it there.

No, just disconnect the fuel-pump inlet line - most of your fuel should pour out, since it is the low-point of the tank.

Make sure you have more than enough room in your container for the old gas. I drained my 10 year old gas and underestimated that by about a pints worth. It took MONTHS for the smell to go away.
