Thumbs up One sweet ride...

This, my friends, is one of the finest looking cars I've ever seen for sale. I don't suppose it belongs to someone here?

Looks great. What is wrong with this picture. Why all the modifications and then sell it on Ebay?

Thumbs up

That IS nice. Put a 968 spoiler on there instead of that GT Racing monstrosity and I'd be hooked.

Aren't 250 lb springs and 30 mm torsion bars a bit of a mismatch?

nope.. the GT came with the spoiler that 944's come with.. as opposed to the 924 which has no spoiler at all.. it IS the GT racing spoiler and it also has the GT racing rear bumper.

I guess the 924's midget spoiler-thingy equals no spoiler...hehe its pretty non-existent compared to the aluminum spoilers all the ricers seem to have fallen in love with.

thanks for clarifying,

That car is tight! Rip that awful vulture wing off the back and stick with a plain 968 one as PorscheG96 said and you've got one scary, scary ride.

Actually, with all due respect I think this is inaccurate. The original 924 Carrera GT/S spoiler is not the same one that comes on our stock production 944s. Although you might be correct if you are referring to the street version - I've never actually seen a street version first hand, just pictures. And half the pictures are most likely 944's with converted bodies.

This is what looks to be a street GTS straight from Porsche.com and that spoiler looks a tad bigger then my own.
