Question Engine Rebuild Charts?

I'm almost ready to start rebuilding my engine, and being the **** person I am....I'd like to mic out all the major engine parts myself before I take it to a machine shop for inspect/clean/machining. I was wondering if anyone already has a copy of any diagrams of engine block, crank, any/all shafts, head and such that are set up just for this purpose, having areas on diagram for entering such info on it? I know I could make up my own, but was hoping maybe someone out there could save me a lot of work? I'd like to have record of before and after measurements/observations that I take before it gets to machine shop and after. If anyone has such diagrams (even if already recorded on), it would be a cinch for me to adapt it to fit my purposes. Thanks BIG TIME!! Ken

The factory manuals have all the tables and charts on tolerances and such. They also have some exploded diagrams. Do a search for .pdf manuals and you might find an active link.
