i think you still can get those trims painted i used to have a car with ragged out interiors and i cleaned the parts and spray them with vinyl paint and they looked like NEW!!! and they come in diffrent colors.

Although man that Copenhagen blue color is looking good! The whole paintjob looks immmaculate!
I think but I am not certain that you can use the euro mounting brackets with the US front bumper to achive the same look and still keep some of the safety features.

The euro mounting brackets are just solid mounts...no impact protection.
