I took my headlights out a while ago. I put them back in and lined them up, and tried to make adjustments so the lights are in sync.

When I turned the headlights on they opened just fine. But when I went to close them, they went up a little then down, and did not close all the way. It also made a bit of a clunk noise right before it went down.

I was thinking this could be fixed by removing the arm that attached directly to the motor and replace it in a position that is further back.

Any ideas?
