Ive had a manual rack on for awhile now and I dont mind it at all...day to day driving isnt that bad as people like to make it out to be. I bolted on a set of 17x9's up front with 255 tires just to see how bad it was and even then it was ok. Only time when I really really noticed it was on track after about the 3rd session....its a bit of a workout in the corners

I converted my 951 to manual steering. I did it properly, new manual rack and all new related components. Steering effort is not heavy. No different that my 1980 924 with manual steering.
