Post reliable repair shop in Los Angeles

I am looking for a good repair shop to work on my 87 951. When I have the time I like to do the work myself but often due to work and wife it is just not convenience. I am looking for a skillful honest place to do the job right. I am located in Southern California, Torrance to be exact. Does anyone have good experience with a repair shop in my neck of the woods? Thanks in advance.

I'm currently without a garage or tools, so I got my oil changed at Foreign Sport Technician in Santa Monica a few days ago. They seemed to do a good job and were very concientious. They changed my oil in about an hour just with me dropping by. Also, it was nice ogling a F355 cabrio, a 2002 Porsche GT2, a 996 convertible receiving the guts of a wrecked 996 turbo, a cherry 944, a couple of Ferrari Dino's, a Renault R5 turbo, and a wacky looking Gemballa 930 with 285mm tires on the front and 335mm tires on the rear. It probably cost more than some other places, but they seemed to take a lot of pride in their work. They are also Gemballa's official North American installer.
