Broken collarbones are worse.

I once was kicked hard enough to lift me off the ground in a karate class, and went around with two broken ribs for several weeks without realizing they were broken. I thought it was just a strained intercostal muscle.

Heartily as that sucked, it wasn't as painful as breaking my clavicle. That one can't even really be set or cast, you simply have to keep your shoulders back for three months while it heals. Great for the posture, but no fun at all, since any deviation from this causes the bone ends to grind together, which...

...well, it sucks.

Anyway, OP, hope you feel better as soon as is reasonably possible.
