make sure u get the c-clip fully seated for the pump shaft. if it comes undone, your pump's ruined. other than that it's a super easy 15 minute reseal.

Running ok, still have not fig'd out the full boost/WOT issue. A few others are having the same issue, so waiting to see if they fig it out - lol.

There used to be a video somewhere showing you how to seal the pump, but looked on Arnnworx site, and Rennbay, didnt find it anywhere. Maybe someone put it on youtube?? There are a bunch of seals in that kit that u won't use as the "KIT" is for a 928 pump. See if u can find it.....

If I remember correctly, the rounded edge faces out.

Be sure to tug on the shaft (no pun intended) to be sure the pulley is being held in by the c-clip securely. Mine worked it's way loose at the track. I guess I didn't get the c-clip in right. It pretty much ruined my pump...and my weekend.

As has been said, rebuilding the PS pump is unbelievably easy.
Rounded edges go out on the little squares, and make sure the c-clip is on properly. Other than that its just a matter of clean, clean, then clean some more.

IIRC there is a video on renbay that details rebuilding an 944 PS pump. I used it when rebuilding out pump.
