Thanks! I didn't see you there, did you end up not going? It was pretty cool, I talked to Dan Dalen, STEVE Cooper, Eric Sandoval and his wife quite a bit.

I got a plaque from Parts Heaven. Pretty cool. I'd post a pic if I had a digicam or a scanner.

man, was i WAY too late for that thing (only unitl 2:30p, duh!). i went down, but by the time i arrived, there was not a soul to be found. guess i'll have to wait until next year (AGAIN). Aarrrrgghhh. i'm sure there will be something that will pop up when i can meet all you guys at some point.

Well, I was going to tear into it on Sat. but I got fed up with all the problems I've been having! So I went sailing instead. Procrastinated some more on Sun. with a bike ride down to Ventura. Watched some chics play volleyball along the way and caught the afternoon game at the Polo Club on the way back.

So TODAY, I'm going to do it. Supposedly Shawn is sending down my extra head today so I can take my time and rebuild this one.

We'll see... I may just sell this car and buy a Hyundai yet!

When I left around 11:00 the only water cooled P-cars were your 968 and the 928 beside you. Any other water cooled vehicles enter the concours?

Nope, we were the only watercooler owners, he got first place for wash 'n shine. I spoke with the 928 owner for nearly 45 minutes and he was great, we had a fun and educational conversation. It was also pretty cool getting the little card saying hello and good luck from you Steve...hahah, I had to ask Dan D. what you looked like so I could find you but you showed up at his tent about 2 minutes later!
