I need to find a replacement for my driver's side front fender ( big dent!)...is there any difference between early and late NA fenders?

Yes, early models have a hole for the antena, while late models don't.

Thanks! Actually that's perfect! I'll be more likely to find a late one and I plan on replacing my antenna with a fuba anyway!

regards,

Joe

NO.. the fender wont lign up right.. REGARDLESS of what parts heaven says.. they just DO NOT bolt up the same.. where the front corner meets the nose panel sticks out further and the fender/door gap is wider.

stick with a early model and bondo the hole..

SHAUN... Better go back to body work school lil buddy. Bondo and big holes do not mix. Much better to have it welded up with a patch. Remember, to get a better repair, use as little bondo as possible.

J. Berk. I'd Trust partsheaven vs the "Spray-can kid". They, unlike Shaun, have been in the p-car business for a long long time. Please, don't get me wrong. They are not perfect, just more experienced.

ya ya, nice to see your wavy work again. Seriously Shaun, bondo over large holes, screen or no screen, is not a good idea. Leave that kind of repare for the Macco guy's. Hey, the pic of you and your mom on the "Show us your..." post sure bings back the old days.

Must admit. your car, with the new nose job is looking pretty good. Now it's time to spend some bucks on some decent rims and tires. Am interested in doing the lower "951" rocker skirt stuff like you just did. What did it take to get the parts to go on. Are the mount points well defined...
