As for the Evo, the owner of one of the local race track/skidpad parks (who owns several Porsches btw) has one that he autocrosses. He can afford to drive just about anything he wants, and he likes the Evo, so it's probably a damn good car.
Any of you who doubt it (and don't have $30k for curiosity), should go buy/rent GranTurismo 3, where the Evo VII is an excellent street car and one of the best off road cars (but it's not as good as my 1050lb-ft Ruf 993TT AWD

now lemme get this straight....those APC products they sell there make the cars look that top quality???? PATHETIC. The commercial even more pathetic! The world is falling into a chasm of modified import racers.....the term SPORTS CAR has been destroyed and slandered...at least the Porsche name is now EXOTIC *as if it wasn't before* and higher in the food chain....

I think I'll go to autozone tonight and get an underbody neon light kit and the wiper blade LEDs, and the LED exhaust tip, etc. Maybe then when I drive up in a Porsche people will look at the car.

Oh...that reminded me. I took her to a carwash last week and they have guys drive the car from the mechanical wash part to the interior/tire/windows station, and as the guy got in my car to take it over he let out a "woo-hoo-hoo!". It was funny.

I heard on the news this morning that some kid who had just left after seeing this movie went left of center and hit someone head on. I think the kid died and the other guy is in critical condition.
