At this point I'm still trying to get all the funds together. With the donations and some money I've been able to put together on my own, plus my buddy taking care of the airplane. I'm getting there. not there yet but I'm getting there. This gives me hope.

As far as location Rob is correct. I spoke on the phone with Rob the other day for about an hour.
I can always store the car for you.

Actually Dulles...and yep^^in Northern Virginia, about 5-10 miles outside DC.

Let's try again...OK...so now we need drivers from Marietta, Ga. to Dulles, Va. Is anyone near the I-85, I-77, I-81 corridor? Brian still needs our help....

I'm on the coast...but I'll drive across the state and pick up a leg. Mapquest it and see where and how many miles you can drive.

If you get the date squared away and you are at least two week in advance, you should be able to get a ticket from Atlanta to Dulles for under $150. A ticket on a bus will run about the same and there is no time penalty...just takes long to get there.

Default Buy my Saratoga top 100% proceeds go to helping "MrNasty951"

I too am going through hard times. I have no job after 11 years at same company and living at my mother in law's house. I have little to no money left but I do have a manual "Saratoga top" that I will sell and donate 100% of the proceeds to your cause. If I can get $300 + actual shipping here for it I will sell here, if not I will post on ebay and send you what ever it sells for. Hope this helps..
PS: My father means everything to me don't miss a moment..
The sale of the top can be paypaled to a mod if you feel more comfortable or to MrNasty951 directly.

If you can get north on I-85 to Charlotte, I can do the Charlotte, NC - Dulles, VA route (seven hours) or better in making it a day trip, Charlotte - Richmond (five hours).

If you should want to arrive mid-day in VA, we could schedule an overnight at Becca's and leave the next morning to put you in Richmond/Dulles around noon.

Weekends are out, but I'm available during the week.

Watch out in Greenville, SC and use your blinkers when changing lanes. Heavy enforcement, 25+ LEOs seen in this area just last week.
