About 2-3 years ago, there was the porsche 944S mailing list. It lasted until they cancelled the free services the site provided so the "members" where scattered over the net. Some regrouped on <a href="http://www.944S.com" target="_blank">www.944S.com</a> and others with rennlist.

At the time I didn't know much about my 16 ventiler but I read just about every post!

Are there any guys left??

Robert, Rudy Rodriguez, John Tate, Adam Bunch, Oliver, Jesse Burke, Doug Wade, Christian Long, Jonh Bartholomew, Eric Elliott, just to name a few... it's been so long!

If you're on rennlist, identify yourselves for old time sake!

 

I was never on the "S" list, but I do know Robert, Oliver and Rudy, and all three are still around... except that oliver sold his "S" and is now driving a S2 cab and a 951S, Rudy's clutch is out on his "S" so he is driving a 968 coupe, and Robert experienced a VERY nasty overheating episode with his "S" and so he, too, now has a 951S...

hi guys,

i am an "s" owner and proud of it!!

i have never been a part of any s specific mailing list, but i have been on the 944s.com website a few times.

it would be nice to have an organized group of "s" owners, it seems as though our cars get a bad rap quite a bit. plus, i know there are very few of us around.
